1968年1月生,博士, 讲师。1986年参加工作。1990年考入荆州师范学院数学系，1994年数学教育本科毕业。2003年获华中师范大学运筹学与控制论专业理学硕士学位, 2008年获华中科技大学理学博士学位。主要研究领域为图论和网络优化、智能计算及不确定系统优化理论与应用。在本项目中分工担任算法方面的研究工作。
